DUE TO DEMAND BOTH OF OUR FAMILY CLASSES ARE NOW BACK IN ACTION! There are two classes available on a Sunday morning: 10.00-11.15am or 11.15-12.30pm. This is a chance for mums and dads OR an adult family member within your bubble to train with the children and only pay £5.00 each!!

All the family can get fit, have fun, and train together!! But no sulking if your children are better than you!!!
