2nd GRADE / YELLOW BELT

yellow1. Jab front kick, step reverse punch.

2. Project uppercut.

3.One step front kick.

4. One step turning kick.

5. One step side kick.

6. One step back kick.

7. One minute shadow sparring.

8. 3 & 4 blocks

 

3rd GRADE / ORANGE BELT

orange1. One minute bag work, hands.

2. Project jab, hook, reverse turning kick.

3.Reverse turning kick, reverse punch, project uppercut.

4. Back fist, front kick, back fist.

5. Project ridge hand, step, project ridge hand.

6. 5, 6 & 7 blocks.

7. Front kick, turning kick.

8. Side kick, back kick.

9. One step spinning kick.

10. Two minutes-sparring.

 

4th GRADE / GREEN BELT

green1. One minute – bagwork, hands.

2. One minute – bagwork, legs.

3. Jab turning kick, reverse punch, project hook.

4. Step back fist, project ridge hand, step uppercut.

5. 8, 9 & 10 blocks.

6. Front kick, turning kick, spinning kick.

7. One step crescent kick.

8. One step axe kick.

9. Three minutes sparring.

 

5th GRADE / BLUE BELT

blue1. One & half minutes – bagwork, hands.

2. One minute – bagwork, legs.

3. One & half minutes – shadow sparring.

4. Jumping turning kick.

5. 11, 12 & 13 blocks.

6. Project jab, spinning kick, project uppercut, uppercut.

7. Four minutes sparring.

 

6th GRADE / PURPLE BELT

purple1. One & half minutes – bagwork, hands.

2. One & half minutes – bagwork, legs.

3. One & half minutes – shadow sparring.

4. 14, 15 & 16 blocks.

5. Jumping front kick.

6. Jumping turning kick.

7. Jumping sidekick.

8. Jumping back kick.

9. Six minutes – sparring.

 

7th GRADE / BROWN BELT

brown1. Two minutes -bagwork, hands.

2. Two minutes – bagwork, legs.

3. Two minutes – shadow sparring.

4. 17 ,18 ,19 & 20 blocks.

5. Jumping front kick, jumping turning kick, jumping sidekick.

6. Jumping back kick, jumping spinning oval kick, jumping spinning kick.

7. Jumping axe kick, jumping reverse turning kick, jumping double front kick.

8. Eight minutes sparring.

9. One inch wood breaking (punch, front kick, sidekick).
